Cloverfield

Before you read this it's possible there are spoilers but not really because I don't really talk about what happened.

So after watching Cloverfield the following conversation happened.
Summer: Seriously?
Christa: No...Could someone...I mean what...
Summer: Was the point of that movie?
Christa: Yes!
Chris: I thought it was good but there's no closure.

I clicked over to the special features

Christa: Ohhh Alternate endings!

Watch Alternate endings (alternate ending one sucked) and then I discovered something from the second alternate ending.

Chris: Ok now we have to watch the ending the actually used to see if it's that scene

We did watch it again and lo and behold there it was..and it all made sense. Not really since there was still no closure but at least I saw the point of all those extra footage that was stuck through the film of some day on coney island.

Christa: I think this movie has to be watched again just to see if there was something we missed. Well at least it kept my attention the whole time.

GEEZ, I just saw cloverfield 2 nights ago. My friends absolutely hated it in a "I want my money back even though it was free" type of way. They were angry. I on the other hand thought it was at least entertaining to watch, but at the end there was that silence that says.."what the f@#!" I was NOT happy about that ending.

Well in the end when they are doing that scene at Coney Island there is a part that you have to watch really closely but something falls in to the ocean and then they switch over to the two characters, so they basically had it on video tape the whole time of this thing that attacked them on tape. It's all the way over to the right and you just have to look really closely. I didn't hate it, I just didn't like the ending but I thought the rest of the movie was mildly entertaining.

ooooh, now I have to watch it over! I didn't catch that at all. Yeah I didnt hate it either. One of my friends said it was giving him a headache, so he kept having to look away from the screen because of the motion.
